      IC 4685

IC 4685, is a beautiful emission and reflection nebula in the constellation Sagittarius, located close to the more famous M8 Lagoon Nebula.

This is my first attempt at processing this object, and I really enjoyed it. The dark nebulae in it also make this object fascinating.

I processed this nebula in SHO, the Hubble Palette.

My workflow consisted of: Automatic DBE (Seti Astro), Russell Croman's three tools: BlurXTerminator, StarXTerminator, and NoiseXTerminator. After that, I also used GHS, NarrowbandNormalization, and SelectiveColorCorrection (Jürgen Terpe), among others.
