IC 2118, The Witch Head Nebula, is a faint reflection nebula associated with the star Rigel in the constellation Orion. Rigel is outside the image (center right). The halo of Rigel can be seen on the right edge of the image. Radiation from Rigel illuminates the nebula. (NASA)
