NGC 1532, Spiral Galaxy interacting with the dwarf galaxy NGC 1531

NGC 1532 is a Spiral Galaxy interacting with the dwarf galaxy NGC 1531. Both galaxies are located in the constellation Eridanus. NGC 1532 is an edge on Spiral Galaxy. To it's lower right can be seen two distinct features. A line of bright starburst activity at the edge of the galaxy. Also a stream of stars, gas and dust have been pulled off the edge of the galaxy.
