RCW 53c is a rarely imaged nebula that is part of the Carina Nebula or Eta Carina Nebula (catalogued as NGC 3372), also known as the Great Carina Nebula in the southern constellation Carina.
RCW 53c is an ethereal beauty, located on the outskirts of the Carina Nebula.
I processed this nebula in a vibrant SHO palette (the Hubble palette) with data from Telescope Live. SHO stands for Sulfur-Hydrogen-Oxygen.
The following software was used: Astro Pixel Processor (stacking) and PixInsight (processing).
Clear Skies!
