Fire
Fire — the Garlic Nebula (CTB 1), a faint supernova remnant in Cassiopeia. Processed from the Telescope Live hydrogen-alpha and oxygen-III data in a two-colour palette, with hydrogen pushed towards orange and red so the shell and the surrounding gas read as embers, and oxygen kept green where the shock front shows along the remnant's edge. Stacked and processed in PixInsight, with the stars separated and reduced to let the filaments carry the picture.
