This narrowband SHO palette image of the Trapezium Cluster at the heart of the Orion Nebula was processed from three separate one-click observations with a combined exposure time of 54 minutes. The colours and the details of the fine structures in this region are spectacular, as is the contrast between the clouds of dust and the incandescent core that is illuminated by the brilliant stars of the Trapezium.
