This is an image of NGC 1531 (smaller galaxy) and NGC 1532 (larger galaxy). They are located about 58 million light years away in the constellation Eridanus. These galaxies are interacting. The tidal forces from this interaction have created unusual plumes above the disk of NGC 1532.
