Magellan's Larger Cloud - A Remarkable Object

Two of the most remarkable objects in the heavens, shine bright in the southern skies. They were known as the Cape Clouds, to early navigators. And later they were named the Nubeculae Magellani or Little Clouds of Magellan after the Spanish explorer Ferdinand Magellan who observed them on his historic voyage in 1519 from Spain to South America. They are now simply known as the Large and Small Magellanic Clouds, or LMC and SMC for short.

This image is a two-panel RGB mosaic of the LMC that was created from one-click observations of the LMC and of the Tarantula nebula on the AUS-2 telescope. The total exposure time per filter, per panel, is around 30-40 minutes. I have created two versions of the mosaic, I would be interested to know which one you like, and what you liked about it.
