The beautiful NGC 2516 (also known as Caldwell 96, the Sprinter, or the Southern Beehive) is a bright, mag 3.8, open cluster located about 1300 light-years away in the southern constellation Carina.
A little bit of IFN is visible thanks to the pristine Chile sky and ASA500 f/3.8 combo, with only 2x300s of Luminance!
FOV is about 1x1 degree and scale is 0.98"/pix.
