NGC253 is a bright intermediate spiral galaxy found in Sculptor approximately 11 million light-years away. It is a Star Burst galaxy as it is going through a period of intense star formation. It is composed of young star clusters, complex structures of dark dust lanes and clumpy gas clouds.
