The antennae galaxies is a pair of interacting Starburst phase galaxies. This collision is causing rapid star formation. The name antennae comes from the 2 streamers of stars, dust, and gas expanding outwards to form a pair of antennae on the galaxy pair.
This was captured using only 2 sets of one click observations from the CHI-1 telescope.
