The Sculptor Galaxy has roughly the size and mass of our Milky Way Galaxy. It is about 11.5 million light years from Earth. It is a star burst galaxy with a much higher rate of star formation than the Milky Way Galaxy. NGC 253 has a supermassive black hole of about 5 million solar masses at its center.
A Pro Data set was used as the imaging data source for my. The data was acquire on CHI-1 by Nik Syzmanec. The data set contained is as follows.
