This is an image of SH2-132, also known as the Lion Nebula. It is a faint emission nebula about 10,000 light years away in the constellation Cepheus. Two Wolf-Rayet stars have been identified in the Lion Nebula (HD 211564, HD 211853) and are responsible for ionizing the gas in this region.
