      NGC 6218, M 12 Globular Cluster (Widefield, LRGB)

      M 12, NGC 6218 or the Gumball GC widefield is a globular cluster in the constellation of Ophiuchus. It was discovered by the French astronomer Charles Messier on May 30, 1764, who described it as a "nebula without stars". In dark conditions this cluster can be faintly seen with a pair of binoculars. Over 5 and half hours of L,R,G,B data from the remote dark-site Telescope Live observatory in Chile. Pre and Post processed in Pixinsight.
