NGC 7635 – The Bubble Nebula

NGC 7635, commonly known as the Bubble Nebula, is a striking emission nebula located in the constellation Cassiopeia, approximately 7,100 light-years from Earth. The defining feature is the delicate “bubble” structure—an expanding shell of ionized gas sculpted by the powerful stellar winds of the massive central star, BD+60°2522.

This image captures the intricate interplay between stellar radiation and the surrounding interstellar medium.
