      NGC 2808

      NGC 2808 (Melotte 95 and others) is a Shapley-Sawyer class I (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shapley%E2%80%93Sawyer_Concentration_Class) globular cluster located approximately 32,000 light-years away in Carina.


      Luminance – 10x600s – 100 minutes – binned 1x1

      Luminance – 2x300s – 10 minutes – binned 1x1

      RGB – 10:11:11x600s – 100:110:110 minutes each – binned 1x1

      RGB – 2x300s – 10 minutes each – binned 1x1


      460 minutes total exposure – 7 hours 40 minutes


      Imaged March 16th, April 12th and May 17th, 2021 and March 4th, 5th and 6th, 2022 at the El Sauce Observatory (Rio Hurtado, Chile) with a FLI PL 9000 on a PlaneWave CDK24 at f/6.5 3974 mm.
