The Garlic Nebula
The Garlic Nebula is a supernova remnant located in the constellation Cassiopeia. It was discovered as a radio source in 1960 in a study of galactic radiation carried out at a frequency of 960 MHz. The estimated age of CTB 1 is 10,000 years.
