      LMC nebulae around NGC 2029

      NGC 2029 is an open cluster surrounded by a nebula in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC).

      LMC can be found in the constellation of Dorado at about 163.000 light-years from Earth.

      The LMC hosts numerous gas clouds that are generally star birth sites.

      Right of NGC 2029 one can find Henize N62, a beautiful emission nebula with veil-like structures.

      Total exposure time 420 minutes

      SHO: 14 subs of 600s with each filter (SII, H-alpha and OIII).
