The beauty of this image is the juxtaposition of the galaxy NGC7497 with the dust lanes that appear to pass through it.
There are a number of other smaller galaxies in this image such as PGC70552 and PGC3090432. I haven't been able to identify the complex spiral galaxy in the lower right.
