NGC 253 a.k.a. Sculptor Galaxy a.k.a Silver Coin
This is an intermediate spiral galaxy located at a distance of about 11 million light years from Earth and which can be seen in the constellation Sculptor. With a diameter of approximately 90,000 light years, NGC253 is slightly smaller than the Milky Way, but due to the intense activity in the formation of new stars, this galaxy is bright enough to be seen using simple binoculars.
