Eta-Carina Nebula NGC3372

This is my attempt to the Eta-Carina-Nebula. After stacking I fitted the channels of this SHO pallet image using the build-in function of Affinity Photo 2 and stretched the data using the great macros from James Ritson. I then separated the stars from the nebula using StarXTerminator, improved the stretch of the nebula further. Then a weight luminance layer was generated, tone mapped and sharpened. This was followed by a color optimization of the color layer. As a last step the stars were re-introduced and sharpened.
