The incredible vista of the Horsehead (Barnard 33), Orion (M42), Flame (NGC 2024), Running Man (Sh2-279) nebulae (to name a few) in the constellation of Orion.
For this version I also used the Horsehead Nebula data from Spa-1.
Following the competition a couple of month's ago I wanted to use the short exposure data from Aus-2 of M42 to fix the blown out core. I found it quite a challenge to make the mosaic with the HDR data in there as matching the background values with DNA Linear Fit in PixInsight often wouldn't work first time, I got around this by gently equalising the linear histograms with HT first and then applying DNA linear fit to match everything up. The downside was that the HT tweaks would easily blow out the core of M42, so had to go back a few times and redo.
