NGC 6559 is a star-forming regionin the constellation Sagittarius, located about 5000 light-yaers from Earth.
The Chinese Dragon Nebula is less well-known than the nearby Lagoon Nebula (Messier 8) and the Trifid Nebula (Messier 20), but it is certainly no less beautiful.
I stacked and processed the LRGB-files in PixInsight. The finishing touch was done in Affinity V3.
While processing it, I tried to strike a balance between the vibrant colors, the dark nebulae, and the golden stars.
Clear Skies!
