Blue Horsehead Nebula
The Blue Horsehead Nebula (IC4592) is a large reflection nebula located in the constellation of Scorpius. The "eye" of this nebula is the star Nu Scorpii is a multiple star system consisting of 2 groups of stars. The reflection of light produced by these high energy stars are what gives the beautiful blue glow throughout the dark dust in this region.
