Messier 3 SPA-2 LRGB
M 3 lies in the Northern constellation Canes Venatici at a distance from Earth of 33,900 light-years. It is one of the largest and brightest globular clusters, consisting of about 500,000 stars with an estimated age of 11,400,000,000 years.
