NGC1365

A Barred (double-barred) spiral galaxy in the constellation of Fornax.

Data from the CDK24 scope in Chile with the CMOS camera was used to provide the colour data. The luminance data was combined with that from the 1 metre scope (CHI-3-CCD) to improve the resolution. As a result of doing so a fair amount of cropping was necessary.
