NGC 1531 & NGC 1532
Image of the colliding galaxies NGC 1531 and NGC 1532 in the constellation Eridanus.
NGC 1532 is a barred spiral galaxy seen edge-on. It has several dwarf companion galaxies and is clearly interacting with one of them, dwarf galaxy NGC 1531.
This LRGB-image was captured with the CHI-1. Data from observation bundle (bundle contest July)
