3 Colours LMC

A 3x2 mosaic of HSO imaging in the northern part of the Large Magellanic Cloud. This region is rich in nebulae and clusters; perhaps particularly noteworthy is the colourful NGC2020, 2014 pairing just left of centre in the bottom half of the image, which was observed by the Hubble Space Telescope for its "30th Anniversary Image" earlier in 2020.

A distant background galaxy is also hidden away in this image -- see if you can find it! (Hint -- it has a very long name in the annotated version...)
